Do you experience problem with integrating the driver into XP installation image, or receive the same error when installing XP after the driver integration? I read a little more about the Acer ES Afterwards I had to go to Device Manager, update the Ethernet Controller to that specific location, then as soon as the drivers list updated it installed. It installs and works on real hardware, using x86 Windows XP drivers. Will do some research, do you have a product suggestion?

Here’s an easy way that you can update the ethernet driver. Probably its chipset is not supported by Intel drivers suitable for XP. Screenshot of ipconfig all command. Posted November 23, It installs but doesn’t work using Windows drivers see bug 2 below. Have worked with ASUS support and they have quickly “given up”, saying that if the install software will not work it is a XP “system” problem. All times are GMT
